Content of web service

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment is responsible for the Cooperation Ombudsman website. The online service is available in Finnish and Swedish, and partly in English.

The front page contains current issues and information on the Office of the Cooperation Ombudsman and its activities. 

The cooperation section includes information on continuous dialogue, change negotiations, administrative representation and group cooperation. Answers to frequently asked questions, instructions, statements by the Cooperation Ombudsman and a supervision request are also available in the section. 

The personnel fund section provides information on personnel funds. The section also includes document templates and a link to the personnel fund application. 

The legislation section contains the most important Acts related to cooperation, government proposals concerning them and legal cases. 

The contact information section includes a presentation of the Office of the Cooperation Ombudsman and contact details. 

Functions

Search

The search function can be accessed via the website header.

By default, searches target the entire content of the site. The quick search function returns pages that include all of your search terms in the given language. The Boolean operator ‘AND’ is automatically added between the search words. You can also search using partial words. 

Web browsers and terminal devices 
The website uses responsive design, meaning that the content adapts to the device being used. The pages display best using the latest version of your browser. The website can also be viewed with earlier browser versions but then you might not be able to make full use of all the service features available.

To read pdf-files, you need the Adobe Acrobat program, which you can download free of charge.
