Registering the outcome of the negotiations

The starting point is that the employer must, upon request, keeps negotiation minutes that state at least the date and time of the negotiations, the participants, the outcome of the negotiations and dissenting opinions, if any.

The parties must inspect and sign the minutes, unless agreed otherwise.

The minutes should be kept even if no request is made, as it helps the employer prove its fulfil-ment of the negotiation obligations in the event of a dispute.
